Apple to Launch New Smart Home Devices Alongside iPhone 18 Lineup

Apple is set to roll out a range of Apple Smart Home Devices with the launch of iPhone 18 as part of its highly anticipated fall event in September. With the September launch of iPhone 18, the tech giant will launch more than ten new products – which could be considered among its heaviest product lineups of late – ranging across the segments of iPhone, Apple Watch, AirPods, and Smart Home.
Apple Smart Home Devices: The iPhone 18 Lineup Takes Center Stage
Based on industry reports, the lineup of iPhone 18 includes an updated version of Apple's wearable device Apple Watch, new AirPods models, and some smart home gadgets.
The announcements will largely revolve around the release of the iPhone 18 series, potentially featuring the iPhone 18 Pro, iPhone 18 Pro Max, and an additional iPhone Ultra version. Such a change in the structure of the lineup would be significant for Apple, as the Ultra version of the iPhone series will become the topmost smartphone of the company.
Apple is expected to unveil the Apple Watch Series 12 and the Apple Watch Ultra 4 during this year's event as well. This move will allow the firm to maintain its tradition of launching a new iteration of its Watch devices alongside its annual iPhone release, ensuring several flagships are revealed simultaneously. The Apple Watch Series 12 and Apple Watch Ultra 4 are likely to be unveiled during this year’s event.
The company might also unveil a new generation of AirPods that will have built-in infrared cameras. Such earphones could be called AirPods Pro 4. According to a recent report, people have already been given an insight into this long-speculated device, and it seems that the idea of camera-equipped earphones is not just a rumour anymore.

Following a tradition set in the last few years by Apple while announcing the iPhone 18 launch event, the company will likely unveil its entire line-up of smart-home devices in September 2026. According to analysts’ predictions, some of the upcoming launches may include the Apple TV 4K, HomePod, HomePod Mini 2, and even the new HomePod 3 generation speakers. Compared to prior years where the company launched either the HomePod or Apple TV every year, the firm seems to be ready to refresh its entire smart home line-up this year.
Apart from the September event, Apple, which is headquartered in Cupertino, will probably launch an OLED iPad mini, a new home security camera, and new Mac computers. Nonetheless, it appears that the new Macs will most probably be unveiled in another event to be held in October. This shows that Apple seems to be unveiling its products of 2026 through different events as opposed to one fall event.
The September Apple event will be held very soon, and the technology giant is expected to reveal details regarding all those products mentioned above. Once the news becomes official, it is safe to say that this event would go down in history as one of Apple's biggest launches within the last few years, considering the number of product categories mentioned in the rumors.
