For improving the efficiency of distribution, 25 hubs have been established in 18 towns.

Strict Ban on Mobile Phones and Cheating Material

The chairman of the board, Mr. Ghulam Hussain Soho, has instructed all the centres to put up instructions prohibiting the use of cell phones and other electronic devices. Authorities will seize any cheating material found during the examinations. In addition, officials have enforced Section 144 at all centres in coordination with the police.. The purpose behind this is to ensure that no external interference occurs during the examinations.

Authorities have ordered all photocopy centres near examination centres to close during exam hours.

Monitoring System Strengthened for Karachi Matric Exams 2026

Further actions have been taken by the board for better monitoring during the examination process. The officials have set up a special reporting cell at the board office to supervise day-to-day activities and analyze the anti-cheating system.

Moreover, the officials have made contact with K-Electric in order to prevent any power failure during the examinations.

Secure Paper Distribution System

Officials have introduced a secure system for distributing question papers. Board staff will deliver sealed papers to designated hub centres. Thereafter, superintendents of centres or their designated persons would pick up these packets and deliver them to their respective examination centres.

After each exam, officials would send the answer sheets to the board immediately in order to keep things transparent and efficient.

Measures for Conducting Unbiased Examinations

The relevant authorities have taken various steps to make sure the examination is conducted without any bias. This includes strict rule enforcement, cooperation with civic and security agencies, and effective logistic management.

The officials are assured that these measures would enable them to conduct the examination successfully at all centers.

Transparency and Support for Students

The board has clearly stated its concern about being fair and creating an atmosphere where students feel supported. Under stringent supervision, better facilities, and proper coordination, the administration will ensure that students concentrate on their performance free from any distractions.

With the beginning of exams, many students in Karachi will be taking a critical step towards a disciplined life.
