What makes a city beautiful? The answer will depend on who you ask because the answer might be scenic views, open spaces, pedestrian-friendly streets, and spectacular architecture. This is why the list compiled by Time Out for 2026 on the world’s most beautiful cities stands out from all others.
Riga, Latvia — 65%

And those cities where people answered this question with an overwhelming “yes” came out on top – creating the most authentic and human scale of beauty ever!
Medellin, Columbia – 66%
